MetroTones Christmas Concert

Description: The MetroTones Pop Chorus hosted its Christmas Charity Concert, which was totally sold out, at the Wesleyan Celebration Centre to assist the working poor & homeless in our community. The audience was treated to a number of Christmas classics such as, It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, O Holy Night and I’ll be Home For Christmas to mention just a few performed. The audience also had the chance to sing-a-long to Let It Snow, Here Comes Santa Claus & more. The chorus was thrilled to be able to present a $10,000 cheque to Food Depot Alimentaire this year, as well as a $1,000 donation to both The Karing Kitchen and The Ray of Hope Needy Kitchen, in addition to over 5,200 pounds of food that was collected at the door thanks to the generosity of all who attended.
