Coats For Kids Fundraising Breakfast

Description: The Coats for Kids Breakfast is an annual fundraiser organized by the Riverview Knights of Columbus, Council #9270, which raises money for children in need to have coats this winter via Moncton Headstart. This year’s event was held at the Dan Bohan Centre, which saw hundreds and hundreds of people coming out to support. And of course, the Knights of Columbus are known for preparing delicious breakfasts for only $7.00, so that certainly helped get people out on a Saturday morning. The meal included fluffy pancakes served with real maple syrup, scrambled eggs, baked beans that were served with sausages, ham & bacon. The Knights were happy to have the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers & Friends on site as the live entertainment to keep everyone’s toes tapping while guests enjoyed their morning while supporting this good cause.
